Jim Neilas

Jim Neilas is a real estate professional with more than two decades of experience in the industry. He has been involved in various high-profile real estate projects, including acquisitions, developments, and financings in both commercial and residential sectors. Jim received a BA Honors from York University in 1995 and went on to complete a law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School in 1998. He was called to the bar by the Law Society of Ontario in 2000 and has maintained his status as a member in good standing since then. After working as the VP of Financing for a mid-sized real estate company, Jim decided to start his own company in 2004. He founded Neilas Inc., a real estate development company located in Toronto. Neilas Inc. aimed to provide small-scale, high-quality boutique condos, which were known for their unique design and innovative approach to urban development.
